Experience the feeling of freedom in the forest
We manufacture cranes with a focus on freedom in the forest. With a smart design and powerful cranes, we make sure you get a comfortable experience that makes your workday easier and gives you more opportunities.
51-40 Folding arm crane
Looking for a short and agile crane? Vreten's 51-40 folding arm crane is perfect for those who work in small forestry or take care of field edges. It is a strong crane that facilitates wood handling such as field felling.
After a full load, you can easily fold the crane and place it safely on top of the load without the crane sticking straight up. This means it takes up minimal space during transportation. You can put the crane straight back. The advantage of the crane not sticking straight up is that the transport is more gentle on your forest and you minimize the risk of damaging trees in your surroundings.
Harnessing the full potential of the force
Vretens cranes are extremely strong and have a distinctive torque. The crane has the strength required to turn in with a full load - even on a steep slope. This means you get maximum efficiency from your time in the forest and a great user experience.
The crane has a powerful lifting moment for its size of 34 kNm. In addition, the crane is equipped with a 3-ton rotator. It gives you the power needed when swinging around your load and makes your workday easier.
1250 mm opening that gives you efficient loading
The 51-40 crane is equipped with a DG20-2 grab. The grapple has a 1250 mm opening and a gripping area of 0.2 square meters. It makes loading easier and gives you a firmer grip on the timber. Whether you have a pile or are lifting individual logs, you can open and access the specific log you are looking for before clamping.
In addition, the grapple has good roll-in properties and a high fill rate. It rolls under the logs when gripping and ensures that you get a high fill rate with every lift, saving you time.
Vreten 60-30 crane
The lifting arm on the 60-30 is the same as on our 51-40 crane. The difference between the cranes is, among other things, the added extension of 1.2 m, which gives a total length of 6 m. It gives you a longer reach while preserving the crane's smooth movements. Just like the Vreten 51-40, the crane has a powerful strength and torque. With Vreten 60-30, you can rest assured that you have a strong and robust hand to help you in the forest.
The length of the crane facilitates your work and provides a good lifting height above the stakes of the trolley. At the same time, you reach 3 m below the attachment which makes you less restricted and gives more possibilities.
Vreten 65-40N crane
Our 65-40N crane is our most popular crane. It's a product that gives you impressive strength and all the power you need for freedom in the forest without limitations. What you grab in the grapple - you lift.
A turnstile you can rely on
The slewing house has 14 kNm in slewing torque. With a strong slewing house, the crane can turn up with full grip even if you are standing on an incline. The crane is extremely powerful and gives you a stable grip on the timber, which means that you avoid unnecessary hassle and retakes.
Protected and thoughtful
Our cranes have well-protected hoses for extension. In addition, the crane's hose system is divided into different points for easier access when changing hoses. There is also a top-mounted lifting piston. The advantage of this is that you do not risk hitting the lifting cylinder with a wobbling grab. This is a great advantage when loading timber into the trailer.
Long life span
A low crane column reduces stress and wear, resulting in a long service life and a crane that lasts in the long run. All of our cranes are made of Strenx high-strength steel. Our goal is to manufacture products that will withstand the daily work both for you and the next generation.
Vreten 77-30 crane
Vretens 77-30 crane is based on our popular 65-40 crane. It's a powerful crane that gives you incredibly noticeable power in the forest. We'd say it has everything you need - what you grab, you lift.
An experience of freedom
The torsion housing has 14 kNm of torque. This is something we do not compromise on and gives you high accessibility in the forest. The advantage of our torque is that if you take full grip, our cranes can turn up - despite the slope. It helps you save time by not having to fuss and take turns. You immediately feel an efficient experience.
A stable positioning with long range
Our 77-30 crane has a reach of 7.7 m and we have double extensions that are driven on a chain. It provides a fast and strong extension that gives a 1.2 meter longer total length compared to 65-40N. The hoses on the extension are also well protected, which reduces the risk of damage and stops. The crane's hose system is also cleverly divided into different points for easier access when changing hoses.
We have a top-mounted lifting piston that reduces the risk of hitting the lifting cylinder when the lift is wobbling. This is a great advantage when loading timber into the trolley. Our cranes are also equipped with low crane columns that provide a long service life and that the crane can withstand in the long run.
