With legs on the ground
Our forestry trailer has two sturdy and stable telescopic support legs that allow you to stand firmly on the ground. Our outriggers are telescopic instead of folding out, which also allows you to load in tight spaces. With our telescopic support legs, you get closer when loading and get a more efficient loading and unloading.
A heavy-duty gate adapted for forestry work
Vreten 900 has a sturdy gate to make your work smooth and easy. The gate has a sturdy construction that can withstand tough blows when loading. It facilitates loading as close to the gate as possible, despite high moving force.
The gate on Vreten 900 has rounded corners, which makes it easy to load and unload the trailer, but it also protects the trees in the forest during transportation. This is positive in the long run for your trees to continue to grow and become strong. The rounded corners also make it easier for you to load on slopes or inclines.
We do not compromise on quality
Behind the gate, we have a large area covered with sheet metal for a more stable product, while the covered area prevents the logs from wedging under the gate when loading. At the back of the forestry trailer you have a movable bogie, which makes it easier for you to get around in the forest. The bogie is also designed for better climbing properties, which makes it easier to get over stones, stumps and rough terrain. We use Traction wheels on our forest trailers. These are tractor-patterned tires that "climb" better than track-patterned tires. The offset bogie also reduces the pressure on the tractor and creates an even load distribution that facilitates transportation. The forestry trailer does not become "cobent" over time but stays strong and stable. The chassis is heavily constructed, which makes the forestry trailer stable and safe to drive. The wagon also has 70mm axle pins that withstand the pressure. We have a great focus on accessibility and user experience, which results in a long service life and good economy over time.
We care about your forest
Vreten 900 has a total length of 5.5 m with 3 banks and 6 poles as standard. This gives you different loading options depending on the timber. Our poles are sturdy for their size and are easily visible. All joints also have interchangeable bushings. Vreten 900 is equipped with swivel poles for more efficient loading and unloading, but also protects your forest better if you happen to get too close to your precious trees.
A strength you quickly notice
All our cranes are certified from SSAB with my inner Strenx. We have strong and sturdy cranes with high lifting and torque. This makes you ready for days in the forest. You also have the strength to cope with challenges in a hilly terrain, a high torque helps you to turn up the crane with full grip, even on a steep slope. Another great advantage of this is the safety aspect when driving off-road. With a strong torque, you keep the load stable and reduce the risk of tipping over.
Vreten 900 has plenty of lifting power when you're loading and unloading logs, all to make you as efficient as possible. It is a strength that you will quickly notice and it makes a big difference. We also have Swedish-made cylinders throughout the vehicle.
