Our Vreten X-Pro product series is for those who place high demands on their forestry machine, want to make their work more efficient and feel free in the forest. We want to give you the strength required for functional work and a comfortable ride.
A professional foundation
On the Vreten X-Pro, it is like a bent box on the central tube frame and the trailer has the same design as a professional forwarder. The entire chassis is made of Strenx high-strength steel - which provides a very long service life and optimal torsional rigidity. The forestry trailer has good ground clearance, making it easier for you to get around in the forest. The X-Pro series forestry trailers are available in 12 or 15 tons.
Unique design with multiple benefits
The forestry trailer has a unique design that brings single frame and double frame together. You also have the option to choose between standard benches or forwarder systems. Whatever you choose, the bank systems are bolted to the steel structure and you can move them wherever you want. This gives you advantages such as sorting the timber differently. For example, you can fill up with smaller logs in the center and coarser ones at the edges. This gives you stable loading and safe transportation.
The rear bench can be extended by 80 cm, allowing you to lengthen your chassis. This gives you almost the same length as a forwarder and a total length from 6.3 m to 7.1 m. The increased length gives you increased loading possibilities depending on the timber. Our poles are also strong and highly visible.
Support legs
Just like our other forestry trailers, our X-Pro series has strong and stable telescopic outriggers that give you a good grip and a firm footing. Our outriggers are telescopic instead of folding, which gives you the advantage of being able to load in tight spaces. With our telescopic support legs, you get closer when loading and get a more efficient loading and unloading.
A gate that can take a beating
Our gates are designed to make your work smooth and easy. Vreten X-Pro has a powerful gate with the strength to withstand hard knocks when loading. It facilitates loading as close to the gate as possible, despite high moving force. Our gates have rounded corners that make it easy to load and unload the trailer, but it also protects the forest during transportation. This is positive in the long run for your trees to continue to grow and become strong. The rounded corners also make it easier for you to load on slopes or inclines.
Certified with My Inner Strenx
All Vretens cranes are certified from SSAB with My Inner Strenx. We have strong and sturdy cranes with high lifting and slewing torque. This gives you the right conditions for a good day in the forest. The cranes are strong and can handle challenges in hilly terrain and have a high swing torque that helps you turn the crane up with full grip, even on a steep slope. There is a big safety aspect to this when driving off-road. With a strong turning moment, you keep the load stable and reduce the risk of tipping over.
The cranes on our forestry trailers have an incredible lifting power when loading and unloading the logs, all to make you as efficient and unrestricted as possible, up to 1830 kg at 4 m! It is a strength you will quickly notice and that it makes a big difference. We also have Swedish-made cylinders throughout the vehicle. Our frame steering cylinders have enormous strength and are one of the strongest on the market.
Accessories
We have a wide range of valve packages to help you find a solution that suits your needs. For example, we have our new system that we call "Easy". Here the focus has really been on making the job easier in everything from installation to drivability! It is a unique system that, among other things, has about 30% faster ejection. The folding arm has a smoother movement that is more controlled. The grab claw has a much more efficient oil consumption that does the job faster with less oil. All functions are also uniquely tested and adjusted to get as optimal a driving experience as possible for the particular crane on the trailer. If you want to reprogram functions, you do it easily via the control display in the chair. As icing on the cake, the system has a parallel function that you can choose to activate or deactivate where the lifting arm, folding arm and extension are controlled only with in and out on the left lever. This parallel function can be easily adjusted up or down. In addition, we have a large selection of different brakes, hub motor drive 2&4WD, tire sizes, work lighting, crane lighting and traction.
